WiseAlert - Expiry Alerts

Every month, expired products end up in the bin — and nobody counts the loss. WiseAlert tracks expiry dates for you and alerts you in time to sell before you lose. ■ How it works - Scan the barcode when a delivery arrives, enter date, quantity and cost price - Every morning, an alert tells you what to pull, mark down or return today - Every pull is logged with date, photo and the name of who did it ■ Why WiseAlert - Works offline: log in the storeroom, it syncs when the network is back - Fast logging: a known barcode fills in the product name and photo - Every lot tracked separately: same product, different dates - Clear colors: red to pull, orange to mark down, blue to return - Tamper-proof log: a trusted report to show at inspection - Monthly report: cost saved and real loss at cost price - PDF export ■ For your team - Staff accounts with permissions you control - Staff complete tasks without seeing prices - Every action carries the name of who did it ■ Thresholds that fit your shop Choose when to be alerted to pull, mark down or return, and the time of the morning alert. ■ Three languages Arabic, French, English.
