Your break starts with a scan. Forget coins and cash — for your coffee, snack or drink, your smartphone is all you need. Scan the QR code on the machine, your credit appears on the display and you pick your product. The vending machine stays the same: it's paying that becomes effortless. How it works, in three steps 1. Download the app and sign up with your email, choosing a password or a passkey — the fingerprint, face or code you already use to unlock your phone. 2. Scan the Credì QR code on an enabled machine: it connects by itself. 3. Select your product on the machine. The actual amount is charged within seconds. Two ways to pay, your choice • With the Credì wallet: your balance appears on the machine and you can make several purchases in a row. • With your card: you pick a maximum amount to pre-authorise and only what you actually spend is charged. Set your preferred method in the Payments section and the app offers it every time you connect. Top up however you like By card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, straight from the app and without being near a machine. Or in cash: connect your wallet to the machine, insert the coins and disconnect. Everything at hand • A full history of purchases, top-ups and refunds, filterable by period. • Open a support request from any transaction in two taps. • The Support page lists the contacts of the operator running your machine and those of N-and: choose the type of request and it reaches the right people. Updates arrive by notification and email. Built for everyday use Choose your language, whether the QR scanner opens automatically at launch, and whether the phone vibrates while connecting. Your last used machine is one tap away on the home screen. If your operator gave you a tag, you can link it to your profile. Free and secure Credì costs nothing to use: no fees, you are only charged for your purchases and top-ups. Your card details are held on a secure server run by a leading banking institution to PCI Security Standards Council specifications, and are not accessible to N-and or to the company operating the machine.
