GoOcean是您海域活動、生活旅遊最佳夥伴，提供您最即時最豐富海氣象(風、波浪、海流等)資訊 你是否也有這樣的困擾？ 臺灣明明四面環海，想要親近海洋，卻不知從何時何地開始，興高采烈規劃好的海洋遊憩行程，到了海邊才發現天候海象不如預期 海平面上明明陽光普照，下了海之後發現水下能見度只有2公尺 GoOcean提供海上運動能力分級，邀請國內海洋運動界的運動選手、玩家、遊憩業者及學界專家等，齊聚一堂舉辦多次座談會及進行問卷統計分析，將衝浪、風浪板、游泳、潛水和獨木舟五項非動力海洋遊憩活動，所需考量的重要海氣象環境因子分為初級、中級和專家級等三個程度範圍，幫助不同程度的玩家，評估自身能力，快速瞭解從事海洋遊憩的風險等級與適切的時地。 視覺化顯示海況數據，GoOcean以視覺化顯示海氣象以及水文即時觀測資訊，過去2天及未來5天風、波浪、海流，以及未來3天水質、葉綠素a濃度、鹽度、水位與海溫等模擬數據，海洋遊憩行程輕鬆規劃。 實驗性海況資訊，只有GoOcean才有定點能見度、衝浪指數、長浪警戒、浪況紛紜度等資訊。 期待透過GoOcean平台的動態海氣象環境數據（資訊透明）與活動安全風險資訊（風險明確），每一個人都可以找到適合自己的遊憩海域，安全的享受海洋活動。
