MyWorkara

MyWorkara ESS is the employee self-service app for companies that run their HR on MyWorkara. Mark your attendance, apply for leave, view your payslips and see your team — from your phone, without paperwork or WhatsApp messages to HR. Your employer must already use MyWorkara. Your HR administrator creates your account and shares your sign-in details. ATTENDANCE WITH SELFIE AND GPS • Check in and out with a single tap • A quick selfie confirms the attendance is genuinely yours • Your location is recorded at check-in, so on-site work is verified automatically • If your employer has set up office locations, the app detects when you are on site • Location and camera are used only at the moment you check in or out — never in the background YOUR TIMESHEET • See your full attendance history, day by day • Hours worked, late arrivals and absences at a glance • A 30-day calendar view of your month • Tap any day to see the time, location and selfie for that entry • Request manager approval when a check-in was late or you forgot to check out LEAVE • Apply for annual, sick, casual or comp-off leave from your phone • See how many days you have taken and how many remain • Track whether each request is pending, approved or rejected • Read your manager's decision and any note they added PAYSLIPS • View your monthly payslip with gross pay, deductions and net pay • See PF, ESI and tax deductions itemised • Year-to-date earnings summary • Share a payslip summary when you need it for a loan or visa application YOUR TEAM • See who your manager is and who reports to you • Browse your reporting line all the way up the organisation • Search the company directory by name, role or department • Find teammates in your department FOR MANAGERS • An approvals inbox for everything waiting on you • Approve or reject your team's leave requests • Approve attendance corrections for late or missed check-ins • Add a note when you decline something • See requests from your own team separately from the wider company AI HR ASSISTANT • Ask everyday HR questions and get an instant answer • How do I apply for leave? How is my PF calculated? What is the attendance policy? • Built on MyWorkara's own AI service BUILT FOR INDIAN WORKPLACES • PF, ESI, TDS and professional tax handled the way Indian payroll actually works • Designed for MSMEs — factories, retail, services and offices • Works for field staff, shop-floor teams and desk workers alike PRIVACY Your attendance photos and location are visible only to you and your employer's HR administrators.
