MY TRIAD is a training and recovery awareness app designed to help athletes track wellness and workload trends in one place. After downloading the app and registering with an Athlete id, email, users complete a brief onboarding process and enter personal and training-related information such as age, height, weight, training volume, and optional menstrual cycle details. Using user-reported mood, fatigue, and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), the app generates daily and weekly workload scores with a rolling average to help visualize changes over time. Results are displayed using a simple three-level color indicator (green, yellow, red) to support awareness of training patterns and recovery status. Users may also note external factors such as travel across time zones or changes in elevation. MY TRIAD is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; users should consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.
