Full description

MYSTONES is the training companion built by athletes, for athletes. Log every training session, monitor your daily wellbeing, and track your personal bests in one place. Whether you sprint, jump, throw, vault, or run middle distance, MYSTONES turns your daily progress into clear, shareable insights. KEY FEATURES • Training Log — Capture every session with sport-specific exercise structures: speed, strength, throwing, jumping, hurdles, endurance, plus warm-up and cool-down. • Daily Monitoring — Track sleep, mood, fatigue, soreness, and reminders. See trends over weeks and months. • Personal Bests — Record PBs across track and field disciplines. Filter by training or competition. • Coach Sharing — Optionally link your profile with a coach so they can see your training data and progress. • Multi-language — Full app support for English, Italian, French, and German. • Tilastopaja Integration — Import your competition results automatically. • Privacy First — Your training data stays yours. Account deletion in-app, no ads, no tracking across other apps. Built in Switzerland by athletes and coaches who needed a tool that actually fit how they train.

What's new

• Going back now returns you to the screen you came from — cancelling a session no longer drops you on the generic PBs page, and the back stack no longer grows between tabs • Leaving a session with unsaved changes now asks for confirmation instead of discarding your edits • Smoother keyboard handling on the login, sign-up and password-reset screens
