Kazi

Kazi is the service and work management app for people who provide services every day: nail techs, hairdressers, independent professionals, technicians and small service businesses. No spreadsheets, no "financial management", just what matters to someone who works: what was done, how much it generated and how much comes back to you. Why does Kazi exist? Every appointment has a price charged and a different commission. By the end of the month it's hard to remember how much each client paid, how much you actually earned and how much is still pending. Kazi solves this the moment you log the service, no mental math and no loose notes. What can you do in Kazi? Clients: keep an organized list with each client's history, what was done, when and for how much. Service catalog: set up the services you offer, each with its own price and commission. Service records: log a service in seconds, with client, service, price and commission calculated automatically. Earnings dashboard: see clearly what you generated, what your earnings are and the split between what's already received and what's pending, by day, week or month. Automatic commissions: every service carries its own percentage. Kazi calculates it for you, always. Organize without losing history: archive clients or services you no longer use without erasing anything from your financial history. How does Kazi talk to you? Numbers first, explanation after. Kazi shows what you generated, what your earnings are and what's still owed, using the same language you use in your trade, no banking jargon and no terms that only make sense to an accountant. Who is Kazi for? For anyone who provides services and charges per appointment: beauty salons and professionals, independent contractors, technicians, consultants, small service businesses and anyone who needs a clear picture of what their work is worth. Kazi means "work" in Swahili, because work is universal, and understanding its value should be simple. Download Kazi and start logging your services today.
