Keepsaker

Keepsaker is a private place to record what you own, the story behind it, and who it is meant for one day. Most of what matters in a home is undocumented. The ring in the drawer, the watch in the safe, the painting in the hall — nobody has written down what they are, what they cost, where the papers are, or who should have them. Keepsaker is where that gets written down, once, by you. RECORD A KEEPSAKE • Photograph an item and add its details: what it is, where it came from, what it is worth, and where it is kept. • File keepsakes into Vaults you name yourself, then search or filter the whole Vault at a glance. • Archive what you no longer own without losing its record. TELL THE STORY • Write the story behind an item in your own words. • Storykeeper, the built-in assistant, can help you start a description or draw a story out with questions. You decide what is kept. THE PEOPLE CONNECTED TO IT • Add the people who matter to your keepsakes and record how they are related to you. • Assign a Future Keeper to an item, so your intention is written down rather than remembered. • Note who you have named as Executor, Beneficiary or Legacy Contact. • Invite a Keepsaker so they can see what you have chosen to share with them. • Record organizations too — a museum, a school, a charity that could one day receive a keepsake. PAPERS IN ONE PLACE • Keep receipts, appraisals and warranty papers with the item they belong to. • Record your insurers, policy numbers and agents. • Record your estate professional's details and where the signed originals are kept. PREPARE FOR A PROFESSIONAL • Build an Estate Planning Summary: choose the purpose, choose what to include, and send it to your lawyer, insurer or advisor through a link you can revoke. • Every packet you produce is kept with its version, its contents and its delivery history. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • Your Vault is yours. Nothing is shared until you choose to share it — item by item, person by person. • Sharing is by invitation, and you can see what you have sent and take it back. FREE AND PREMIUM Keepsaker is free to use: up to 10 keepsakes, photographs, archive and restore, and one Future Keeper. A Premium plan adds more keepsakes, more assistant use, sharing and reports. GOOD TO KNOW • Keepsaker records your wishes. It is not a will, a trust, or legal, tax or insurance advice. Naming a Future Keeper records an intention; it does not transfer ownership or amend a will or trust. • Keepsaker is for adults. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
