myHajri

MyHajri makes attendance effortless and accurate for field-based teams — security guards, facility staff, site workers, and multi-location businesses. No manual clock-in needed. MyHajri automatically detects when an employee arrives at or leaves their assigned duty location and marks their hajri (attendance) in real time — even when the app is closed or the phone is locked. KEY FEATURES 📍 Automatic Attendance Marking Attendance is recorded the moment an employee reaches their duty spot — no button-tapping, no manual entries, no errors. 🕒 Shift & Duty Management Assign employees to specific duty locations and shift timings, including overnight shifts and grace periods. 🏢 Multi-Company, Multi-Site Support Each organization logs in with a unique company code. Supports multiple duty locations per company. 📊 Attendance Dashboard & Reports Employees see their live status, entry time, and duration on site. Admins get full attendance summaries — present, late, early exit, and absent — plus detailed history. 🔋 Reliable Background Tracking Attendance tracking keeps working even if the app is swiped away or the phone restarts — hajri kabhi miss nahi hogi. 📶 Works in Low Network Areas Attendance updates are saved and synced automatically once the connection is back. 🔐 Secure Device Binding Each employee account is linked to a registered device, preventing fraudulent attendance from other devices. 👥 Role-Based Access Separate dashboards for employees, company admins, and organization super-admins. WHO IS MYHAJRI FOR? Security agencies, facility management companies, field service teams, and any business that needs reliable, tamper-resistant attendance tracking for staff working across multiple sites.
