My Grow Core is the mobile companion for teams that already run their business on the My Grow Core CRM. It is built for the people who are out of the office: estimators driving to a job, crew leads between sites, managers who need the next step on a lead without opening a laptop. Sign in with your existing company account and you get the same records you see on the web, shaped for a phone. FIELD VISITS • See the visits assigned to you, with the customer, the address and the time. • Start a visit when you set off and mark your arrival when you get there. • While a visit is running the app shares your route with your company, so the office and the customer can see you approaching the job address. • Tracking runs only between "on my way" and "arrived" — you start it and you stop it. LEADS AND PIPELINE • Browse your pipeline board and move a job between stages. • Open a lead to see contacts, address, description, price and the full history. • Create a lead on the spot and fill in what you know. SCHEDULE • Your calendar with the meetings and visits planned for you and your team. • Add an event without leaving the app. TEAM CHAT • Direct messages and group chats with your colleagues. • Reply, react and share files from the field. • Message a lead directly from its card and keep the whole thread in one place. LANGUAGES • English, Russian and Ukrainian, switchable at any time from the sign-in screen or your profile. Dates and times follow the language you choose. DASHBOARD AND INBOX • A quick read of the current pipeline volume and activity. • Incoming customer messages so nothing waits until you are back at a desk. WHAT YOU NEED An account in your company's My Grow Core CRM. The app does not create companies or accounts on its own — ask your administrator for access. Finance and accounting stay on the web, they are not part of this app. ABOUT LOCATION Location is used for one thing: showing the route of a field visit that you started yourself. The app never asks for location while you sign in or browse records. Background access is requested separately and is optional — decline it and tracking simply works while the app is open. An ongoing notification is shown whenever a visit is being tracked in the background, and tracking ends as soon as you mark arrival or cancel the visit. Location is not used for advertising and is never sold.
