myDeskIso

MyDeskiso is the mobile companion for funding professionals — ISOs, brokers, and funders — who manage merchant cash advance (MCA) deals from first submission to funded commission. Stay on top of every deal from your phone. Review incoming merchant applications, match them to your funders' buy-box, submit to multiple funders at once, and track offers and responses in real time. KEY FEATURES • Deal pipeline — View and manage your deals with live status, tiers, and clear Fund / Sell / Pass decisions. • Funder submissions — Send a deal to one or several funders at once, respecting exclusivity and buy-box rules, and compare offers side by side. • Real-time updates — Instant push notifications when a funder replies or a deal changes status. • Secure messaging — Per-deal chat with your team and funders, with full thread history. • Merchant documents — Request and collect merchant statements and documents through a secure upload link. • Commissions — Automatically track commissions on funded deals. • Roles & permissions — Fine-grained access: reps only see their assigned deals, and sensitive data stays protected. • Multi-organization — Your workspace shows your own company's name and data, fully isolated from other organizations. BUILT FOR SECURITY Encrypted credentials, masked sensitive information, audit logging on every action, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) support. MyDeskiso requires an active account with your organization. Contact your administrator or visit mydeskiso.com to get started.
