FetchBox

FetchBox is an in-building delivery app designed for condominiums, dormitories, offices, and hospitals. It helps users receive items from building lobbies directly to their unit or room, without needing to coordinate with external riders or leave their space. The app focuses on last-leg delivery within private buildings where standard courier access is often limited. Requests are fulfilled by trained human fetchers and automated delivery robots that can navigate hallways and operate elevators according to building rules. Key Features Final-Leg Delivery Receive items from the lobby or designated drop-off point directly at your door. In-Building Navigation Delivery is handled by accredited personnel and robotic units capable of moving through elevators and corridors. Live Tracking Monitor your delivery status in real time from pickup to arrival. Secure Access Fetchers are screened and authorized by partner buildings. Requests are limited to verified users within each property. Resident-Only Requests Access is restricted to approved residents, tenants, or occupants to maintain privacy and security. Multiple Use Cases Request delivery of food, groceries, medicine, packages, or items between units within the same building. Supported Locations Available in select high-rise properties in Makati, Taguig, and Parañaque, with additional locations added over time. How FetchBox Works FetchBox addresses in-building delivery challenges by handling the final segment of delivery inside private premises. Instead of stopping at the lobby, items are transferred to FetchBox’s internal delivery system and brought directly to the recipient’s unit or room. This setup is designed for residents, patients, employees, and occupants who prefer deliveries to be completed within their building. Privacy & Data Protection User data is encrypted and handled securely. Delivery records are managed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including Philippine data privacy laws, GDPR, and CCPA. Access & Plans FetchBox offers access plans for individual users and partner buildings. Businesses and property managers may also use FetchBox for internal deliveries, kiosk drop-off points, and delivery monitoring tools. FetchBox supports secure, in-building delivery within participating properties.
