esse: Made with Intention

Not a habit app. esse connects your vision, intentions, actions, gratitude, and reflection — so every day brings you closer to who you want to become. Most personal development apps start with what you do. esse starts with who you want to be. esse is an intentional system for personal growth that connects your vision board, meaningful intentions, daily actions, gratitude journal, and personal reflection in one continuous thread. Everything comes back to one question: Does this bring me closer to who I want to become? HOW ESSE WORKS ✦ Visualize Your Future Create dynamic vision boards around your future self. Bring your goals, dreams, and core values together in one place, so the life you want to build stays visible. ✦ Turn Intentions into Action Go beyond passive goal setting. Define meaningful intentions and connect them to concrete daily actions, so what you do today reflects where you want to go. ✦ Practice Daily Gratitude Keep a gratitude journal for the moments, experiences, and wins that matter. Daily gratitude helps you notice what's already good while staying connected to what you're building. ✦ Reflect and Adjust Make space for personal reflection. Each week, reflect on your progress and let esse suggest realistic adjustments based on how things are actually going. Not perfection — coherence. ONE SYSTEM FOR INTENTIONAL PERSONAL GROWTH Your vision doesn't have to live in one app while your goals, journal, and reflections live somewhere else. esse brings them together. Build your vision board. Set meaningful intentions. Turn them into action. Practice gratitude. Reflect on your progress. So instead of simply tracking what you do, you can stay connected to why you're doing it and who you're becoming. Made for those who design their life intentionally.
