Full description

mycoachr is the HR coaching and documentation tool built for managers who don't have an HR department in the room when it matters most. When an employee situation gets complicated — performance issues, attendance problems, difficult conversations, potential discipline — most managers are left figuring it out alone. mycoachr changes that. Get instant, practical coaching from Brad, a senior HR professional with 20 years of VP-level experience. Not generic advice. Not a policy manual. Real-world guidance that helps you read the situation, approach it the right way, and say the right things. Then document it — right from the same app. Log the conversation, note what was said and decided, and file it with a single tap. Share a copy instantly with HR, legal, or your supervisor. What managers use mycoachr for: Coaching through performance and attendance issues Navigating discipline conversations step by step Knowing when to escalate and when to handle it directly Documenting conversations the right way, every time Sharing records instantly with HR or legal mycoachr runs on the IV Pillars of HR Design framework — the same system used by HR professionals at the VP level. Systems, not luck.
