myChrystal

MyChrystal is the companion app for the Chrystal Snowmelting System, a physical IoT device installed on driveways, walkways, and outdoor surfaces. This app does not sell digital content or in-app features. MyChrystal allows you to monitor and control your real snowmelting equipment remotely. All actions performed in the app directly operate the physical hardware installed at your location. When your Chrystal system is connected to our monitoring service, you benefit from improved real-world performance without having to keep the system running constantly. Our service helps optimize energy usage and system efficiency in real environments. Chrystal uses a refined IoT-based algorithm that preheats your heated surfaces in anticipation of incoming weather. It considers your physical location, outdoor temperature, and expected snowfall, ensuring your actual hardware operates efficiently and prevents snow accumulation. Important: Any payments associated with MyChrystal relate to real-world device operation and monitoring services, not digital products. The app provides control and status monitoring for a physical IoT system installed at your property.
