MyBina Go

MyBina Go puts the MyBina project database in your pocket. Focus Jadeline Sdn Bhd reports on construction projects across Malaysia. MyBina Go gives subscribers that same project information on a phone or tablet, so you can check a project between meetings or on your way to a site. WHAT YOU GET ON EVERY PROJECT Who is involved. Developer, architect, civil and structural engineer, M&E engineer, quantity surveyor, main contractor and subcontractors, with company details and the person in charge where we have them. Where the works have reached. Real construction stages, such as piling and foundation works, structural works, and site works. Job award status. Whether the main contractor has been appointed, whether subcontractor packages are still at tender, and whether subcontractors have been awarded. This is what tells you whether there is still time to quote. IN THE APP Project feed. Browse the newest projects and revisions, filtered by category, status, state and keyword. Set your default filters once and the feed opens the way you want it every time. Near Me. Find projects and companies around you, from 5 km up to 100 km, nearest first. Useful when you are already out and want to know what else is worth a visit while you are in the area. Companies and suppliers. Search the company directory, see what a company is currently working on, and call or email the right contact without leaving the app. Follow and get alerted. Follow a project and get a notification when a new verified edition is published, instead of checking back yourself. Your workspace. Keep notes against a project and set next actions with due dates, so a lead does not get lost between site visits. Notes and actions can be shared with your team. Save for later. Build your own list of projects and companies to return to. WHO USES MYBINA Anyone selling into construction. Building material suppliers, steel fabricators, aluminium and glazing specialists, M&E contractors, main contractors and subcontractors, equipment rental firms, consultants, quantity surveyors, developers, banks and insurers. The recurring problem in this industry is hearing about a project after the package has already been awarded. MyBina exists so that you hear about it while it still matters. COVERAGE All 13 states plus the federal territories, across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Categories include infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, education, government buildings, medical, hotel and service apartment, mixed development and public amenities, each with its own subcategories. A SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED MyBina Go is not a standalone app. You need an active MyBina subscription with Super User access to sign in. Without one, there is nothing for the app to show you. To subscribe, or to ask whether your account has access, visit mybina.com.my, email [email protected], or call +603 7845 1131. LOCATION The Near Me feature uses your device location to show what is around you. It is entirely optional. Decline the permission and every other part of the app continues to work normally.
