Protocol Maker includes templates for service completion, equipment handover, key and property handover, as well as custom protocols. WORK ON YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER With Protocol Maker PRO, you can start a local Desktop Panel and work comfortably from a laptop or computer connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Create and edit draft protocols on a larger screen, manage photos and annotations, update company details, generate documents and download files directly to your computer. A typical workflow is simple: 1. Prepare the protocol on your laptop. 2. Open the draft on your phone. 3. Add photos or signatures. 4. Complete the protocol and generate the final PDF. The Desktop Panel works locally — no cloud account or web login is required. PDF AND WORD EXPORT Completed protocols can be downloaded as professional PDF documents. From the PRO Desktop Panel you can also download an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) version of the protocol. PHOTOS AND ANNOTATIONS Add up to several photos to document the work or condition of equipment and property. You can mark important details directly on photos using drawings, arrows, circles and rectangles.
