HausFlow - Roommate Edition

HausFlow is the roommate app built for shared living. Coordinate household tasks, track bills, manage house info, and stay in sync with every roommate — no group chats, no awkward reminders, no lost details. Whether you live with one roommate or five, HausFlow keeps your household running without anyone having to chase anyone else. Set up in under 2 minutes. Invite roommates with a code or QR scan. THE BOARD Your household's real-time coordination hub. Every roommate sees open tasks, supplies running low, upcoming guests, bills due, packages to pick up, maintenance issues, and announcements — all in one place. Claim a task with one tap, flag when you need help, log a bill so the house knows it's coming. One board, no texts needed. TASKS A clean task lifecycle every adult roommate understands. Got This → On It → Done → Confirmed. Set up recurring chores for things that happen every week, month, or season. See who has what. Confirm when something's actually done — not just marked done. Pro users unlock a visual Stages board and the full household Activity feed. HOUSE Stop texting "what's the WiFi password?" HausFlow stores everything your household needs in one tab — WiFi, door codes, lease date, landlord and property manager contacts, house agreements, and your full member roster. Sensitive fields are masked by default. A 4-digit Security PIN can lock the section so only verified roommates can view it. HOME Open the app and know how the household is doing. Household Pulse gives you a live health score based on what's open, what's urgent, and how evenly visible work is spread across roommates — without turning anyone into a scorekeeper. SIDE NOTES A private scratch pad that never gets shared with roommates. Swipe from the left edge on any screen to open it. Send a note to the Board or Shared Notes whenever it matters. FREE & PRO Free includes the full Board, task lifecycle, house info, recurring items, shared notes, personal side notes, and push notifications. A household can run on Free indefinitely. Pro unlocks Stages view, the full Activity feed, recurring task automation, Insights history, and Awareness Trends. HausFlow Roommate Edition is built for adult shared living — no chore charts, no reward points, no parent-child roles. Just roommates staying coordinated. Built for apartments, shared houses, co-living spaces, and anyone splitting a home.
