Barber-App

Barber appointments – easy to book, easy to run. The Barber App brings both sides together: clients who want a free slot fast, and barbers and salons who want their day under control without paper diaries. One app, two roles – you choose at sign-up which one fits you. FOR CLIENTS • Find barbers near you – with reviews, photos, prices and services • Book in seconds. Several services in one appointment, hair and beard for example – duration and price are added up • Waiting list for fully booked days: when a slot opens up, you get first refusal • If your barber moves an appointment, the new time arrives as a proposal – you confirm it yourself • Direct chat with photos, no swapping phone numbers • Save favourite barbers and get told when something opens up at short notice • Redeem voucher codes, collect loyalty points, refer friends • Reminders before your appointment. On iPhone your next appointment sits on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Add an appointment to your calendar with one tap FOR BARBERS AND SALONS • Day and week calendar with every appointment at a glance • Add appointments yourself, block times, set holidays and individual days off • Create services with duration and price, change them any time • Opening hours and breaks per weekday • Accept online requests, decline them, or propose a different time • Client list with notes, regulars and a no-show marker • Read reviews and answer them publicly • Create vouchers, set up a loyalty scheme, reward referrals • Statistics on revenue, utilisation and appointment history • Your own QR code to print or put up – scanning opens your profile • A booking link for Instagram and Facebook, with ready-made text for your bio and posts • Your profile page doubles as your website – no need to build one FOR SALONS WITH A TEAM • Create a salon, staff join with a code • Owners see every appointment in the salon and who is cutting • Employees see their own appointments and their own availability • Address, services and opening hours live centrally with the salon SECURITY AND PRIVACY Sign-in runs on Firebase, all traffic is encrypted. Every registration has to be confirmed by email. You can sign in with Google, Apple or a passkey, and add a second step by SMS. You can request a full copy of your data by email at any time and delete your account inside the app. The app collects no advertising ID and builds no profile across apps. WITHOUT THE APP TOO At barber.mvm-app.at clients book straight from the browser. Barbers and salons get their own area at partner.mvm-app.at for setting things up on a computer. The app comes in light and dark, in German and English. Barber App – less admin, more time for the cut.
