PauseFeed

PauseFeed adds a calm pause before you open apps that tend to pull you into endless scrolling. Choose the apps you want to pause. When you open one, PauseFeed gives you a moment to decide: continue, delay for later, or go back. There are no streaks, guilt, or pressure—just a small space to act with intention. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Select distracting apps to pause • Continue, delay, or go back when a pause appears • Start a Focus session when you want uninterrupted time • Review today’s choices and recent history • See a simple weekly report • Adjust delay options and pause preferences PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your selected apps, pause decisions, and wellbeing statistics are stored locally on your device. PauseFeed does not read the content of other apps and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. PauseFeed uses Android Usage Access only to detect when a selected app is opened, and Display Over Other Apps to show the pause screen. You remain in control and can revoke either permission in Android Settings. PAUSEFEED PRO The free version supports up to three paused apps, seven days of history, standard delay options, and standard Focus sessions. PauseFeed Pro adds unlimited apps, 30-day history, custom delay times and pause text, scheduled work or sleep rules, detailed weekly insights, and extended Focus sessions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play. A lifetime option, when available, is a one-time purchase. Prices and availability are shown before purchase. Core PauseFeed features remain available without a subscription. PauseFeed is a digital wellbeing tool, not a medical service or parental-control product.
