Full description
Checking a box is too easy. You can tick "go to the gym" without going. TodoSpot is a location-based to-do list. Attach a place to a to-do and it closes only when you are actually there. It is not an app that reminds you when you arrive. It is an app that only counts when you do. ■ To-dos with a place Write the to-do, attach a place, and it carries a map and a radius. Outside the radius the check-in button stays locked. Inside it, hold for two seconds to check in. Search a place by name or address, and open directions in Google, Naver or Kakao, whichever maps app you use, with one tap. ■ You set the radius Choose 30 to 150 m in 10 m steps. Indoors, GPS drifts, so 50 m or more is recommended. ■ To-dos without a place work like anywhere else Type a title and it lands on today. Add a time, a color, a note or a repeat if you want. It is still a plain to-do list and checklist when that is all you need. To-dos with no date wait in the Inbox and move to the day you pick. Share text or a place from another app and it lands in the Inbox; a shared place is ready to become a spot. ■ Repeat it and it becomes a routine Gym, library, clinic, class. Pick weekdays for the places you go back to and it becomes a routine. The days you went stack up on a calendar, and the days in a row show next to them. Use it like a habit tracker, except it counts arrivals, not checkmarks. Routines without a place work too. ■ Calendar and Spots The Calendar tab shows the month at a glance. The Spots tab collects the places you go most, with visits this month and time spent. Write a pledge for the days you do not feel like going. ■ Today's places on a map The to-dos left today that have a place appear together, nearest first, so you can plan the trip before you leave. ■ Told before you are late Set where you leave from and how you travel, and the leave-by alarm accounts for travel time to tell you when to head out. A morning briefing counts today's to-dos. An evening reminder comes only when something is still open. Missed to-dos are never nagged. ■ Overdue to-dos just move Push an overdue to-do a bit later, move it to tomorrow, or bring over what you missed yesterday. ■ Time your stay After you check in, start the timer and how long you stayed goes into the record. It keeps running in your notifications, and you can finish it from there. ■ Stamps for the hard days Go before dawn, go through the rain, keep going for weeks, and stamps pile up. There are 21 to collect. Every spot keeps its visits, days in a row and time spent. Made for people who · have a gym, a library, a clinic or a class they go to on set days · would rather count the days they went than the boxes they ticked · want place-based to-dos and plain to-dos in one list · want to keep going on their own, with no photos and no bets · have a place they mean to go to and keep not going to Available in English, 한국어 and 日本語. Light and dark mode. Location is used while the app is open, to confirm you arrived and to find places near you. It never reads your location in the background and does not track your route.

What's new

· Search in Calendar: find to-dos and routines by title, memo or place, and jump to that day. · Calendar puts to-dos first: month view shows to-dos with a date or deadline, and routines become a small progress ring by the date. · Tap the date at the top of Today to jump to any day. · Finished to-dos in your Inbox now disappear on their own after 3 days. Unfinished ones stay. · Fixed a gap under the weekdays in date pickers, and Today not returning to today when you reopen the app.
