Murmur Input — Encryption Keyboard Secure your messages. Compose encrypted messages and read encrypted replies with Murmur Input. The keyboard brings pairing, encryption, and decryption into your messaging workflow. ANDROID AND IOS ENCRYPTED EXCHANGE Encrypted emoji text is portable and designed to travel through compatible chat, SMS, email, and text-sharing services. Murmur Input supports encrypted message exchange between Android and iOS. Both users need compatible Murmur Input versions and the matching key. Platform availability and features may differ. PAIR WITH A QR CODE Select a pairing QR code image to set up a shared key. PRIVATE ECDH PAIRING Exchange a pairing invitation and response through chat, then confirm the pairing. ENCRYPT WHILE YOU TYPE Use the keyboard’s encryption mode to compose messages and send encrypted text as emoji sequences. DECRYPT WITH THE LENS Move the floating Decryption Lens over an encrypted message to view its text while chatting. COPY TO DECRYPT Copy an encrypted message and view its decrypted text above the keyboard. Compose an encrypted reply from the same keyboard. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE FOR DECRYPTION LENS Decryption Lens uses Android AccessibilityService to examine text exposed by the active app while the Lens is open, including in other apps. This lets it find Murmur Input encrypted messages beneath the Lens and decrypt them on your device. A text block may include text outside the Lens frame. Text is processed temporarily in memory and is not uploaded or shared. Close the Lens to stop reading, or revoke access in Android Accessibility settings. This optional feature is not an accessibility tool for people with disabilities; the keyboard and manual copy-to-decrypt work without it.
