MUNO - background music

MUNO is the background music of your venue, tuned to the hour of the day, to the daylight and to the weather on your street - without anyone behind the counter having to think about it. WHO IT IS FOR Cafés, restaurants, hotels, shops, salons, gyms, co-working spaces. Background music per room: one venue, one subscription, as many zones as you have rooms. WHAT THE APP DOES • Describe the room as you would to a DJ - "calm and jazzy at lunch, warmer after eight". MUNO reads what to keep and what to leave out. • The day follows a curve: quieter in the morning, denser at service, softer late. Set it service by service, or let MUNO hold it. • The room opens and closes itself on your hours: it starts when a service begins and stops when it ends, including between two services in the same day. • The music answers the weather and the daylight at your address. A wet afternoon does not sound like a bright one. • Hours of offline reserve on the device: a dropped Wi-Fi stays silent to the room. • The desk shows what the room is doing right now - energy, tempo, share of vocals - and why. THE LICENCE The catalogue is commercially licensed. Its supplier holds every economic right in these works, and neither it nor their creators were members of a collecting society when those rights were transferred. SPRE (rémunération équitable, article L.214-1 of the French intellectual property code) is a statutory fee payable by the venue for any commercial use of recorded music in France, whatever catalogue is played. You are responsible for declaring it to SACEM, which collects it on behalf of SPRE. MUNO does not calculate or declare it on your behalf. We provide an attestation naming where your catalogue comes from and stating that it is not affiliated to any collecting society. Keep your invoices: they may be requested during an inspection.
