Munchi Pay Live

Munchi Pay - Card Payments for Munchi POS Munchi Pay turns a supported payment device into a secure, always-in-sync card terminal for the Munchi POS system. Pair it with your point-of-sale in seconds and accept card payments right at the counter — no separate payment app, no manual reconciliation. PAIR AND GO Enter a one-time pairing code to connect Munchi Pay to your Munchi POS. Once paired, charge requests are sent to the terminal automatically from the till — Munchi Pay handles the rest. Edenred, so checkout completes without switching devices or apps. TRACK EVERY TRANSACTION Browse a full history of every charge and refund processed on the terminal, with status and payment method for each one. DAILY SALES AT A GLANCE See orders, gross sales, tips, surcharges, and refunds for the day, week, or month, broken down by payment method, and print a reconciliation report whenever you need to close out. RECEIPTS, YOUR WAY Print a receipt on the spot or email it to the customer — no extra hardware beyond your payment terminal. SECURE BY DESIGN Munchi Pay never stores card data on the device. Every session is encrypted and tied 1:1 to its paired POS, so payments stay accurate and auditable. Munchi Pay requires an active Munchi POS subscription and a supported payment terminal device.
