Mullet

Compartmentalize your life, organize your goals, projects and tasks and get meaningful things done - not just in your work, but across all of life's arenas. Most productivity apps are built around work. Your tasks, your deadlines, your inbox. But life doesn't work like that. You have a career to build, a body to look after, relationships to invest in, side projects burning a hole in your evenings, and personal goals that have been sitting on the back burner for years. Mullet is the productivity app that takes all of it seriously. Mullet is built around Modes — separate, dedicated spaces for every area of your life. Create a mode for work, one for fitness, one for your side hustle, one for home. Each mode is its own contained world with its own goals, projects, milestones and tasks. Nothing bleeds into everything else. Your Monday morning standup lives in a completely different space to your marathon training plan, and that's exactly how it should be. A hierarchy that actually makes sense Big ambitions need structure. Mullet gives you a four-level hierarchy that scales with the complexity of what you're trying to achieve. Goals — the outcomes you're working towards. The things that matter. Projects — the organised efforts that move you toward those goals. Milestones — the checkpoints and phases that keep large projects manageable. Tasks — the individual actions that actually get done. Whether you're planning a product launch, training for a race, or finally renovating the kitchen, the hierarchy adapts to the size and shape of what you're doing. Simple things stay simple. Complex things get the structure they deserve. Time tracking that means something Mullet includes built-in time tracking so you can see where your hours are actually going — not just where you hope they're going. Log time against specific tasks, projects or goals, and let the analytics show you the truth. Are you spending enough time on the things that matter? Mullet will tell you. AI Builder — your entire project in seconds Describe what you want to build in plain English and Mullet's AI Builder will generate the entire structure for you — goals, projects, milestones and tasks, ready to review and apply. It's not just a gimmick. For anyone who gets stuck at the planning stage, or who needs to spin up a new project fast, it's a genuine time saver. Collaborate without the chaos Invite others into your modes and work together on shared goals and projects. Everyone sees the same structure, everyone knows what needs to happen next. Mullet keeps collaboration clean without turning into a project management tool that needs its own project manager. Analytics that hold you accountable See how your time is distributed across modes, goals and projects. Understand your patterns. Identify where you're over-investing and where you're falling short. Mullet's analytics aren't there to make you feel busy — they're there to help you be effective. One price. Everything included. No feature gates. No premium plans that lock the good stuff behind a paywall. Mullet is one subscription that gets you everything — across mobile and web. Start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
