Solar Flare Dash is an interval running timer for athletes who train with purpose. Build your sessions, run them with an accurate phase timer and keep a record of every rep. Whether it's short speed work on the track or long tempo blocks, you always know what's next and how much is left. The Today screen gets you moving fast. Your featured session, for example Fast 200s with 8 rounds and 22:40 total, is right at the top. Tap Quick Start and go. Below it, Your Output shows how many sessions, rounds and minutes you've done. On the Workout Board you build the work. Create a new interval plan or edit a ready-made session, from speed repeats to endurance tempo blocks. Each session shows its type, number of rounds and total time, so you can pick the right workout in seconds. The Effort Archive is where every rep leaves a mark. Each session you start from Today or Sessions is saved to your training log with the effort you actually did. You can see how many sessions you've recorded and how many you've finished. The Speed Laboratory gives you the tools for the track. Pace Desk turns a race goal into pace and splits. Lap Clock times your efforts and records splits as you go. Performance shows numbers calculated from your real log. Data Locker keeps your training data. Run your own line and make every rep count.
