Perfember: Log Your Wins

You did the work. Can you prove it? Most people walk into performance reviews, 1:1s and promotion conversations with nothing but memory. The wins were real. The praise happened. It just never got written down. Perfember fixes that. Log a work moment in about ten seconds — speak it, type it, or attach a file — and AI structures it into a clean, dated record. When review season arrives, the evidence is already there. LOG ANYTHING, ANY WAY Voice, text, photos, email threads, PDFs, Word docs. Drop them in and AI reads, interprets and files them automatically — category, rating, date, notes. No forms. No fields. CAREER SIGNAL See where your case is weak before someone else does. Track promotion readiness, evidence strength and momentum in real time, so you can close the gaps while there's still time. BREAK GLASS Surprise meeting or last-minute 1:1? Generate an instant 7-day battle card — your top talking points and key wins, pulled from everything you've logged that week. TALKING POINTS Most tools hand you a document. Perfember writes you a script for the conversation itself: what to open with, which wins to highlight, how to answer questions about progress, which risks to flag, and how to close. Tuned to the meeting — weekly 1:1, annual review, promotion case or pay rise ask. REVIEW PREP PACK The likely questions based on your role and gaps. Your prepared answers. The gaps worth addressing first. And your strongest few sentences to open with. GOAL ACHIEVEMENT REPORT Map every goal to the specific work that proves it, with an honest readiness verdict — strengths, gaps and what to do before you walk in. Export to PDF or Word and hand it over. BUILT FOR YOUR ROLE Categories are generated for your exact job title on setup, or pick from 90+ industry packs — software engineering, healthcare, sales, retail, construction, finance, legal, hospitality and more. FOR MANAGERS Structured evidence for every team member, so ratings and promotion calls rest on something real instead of the last six weeks. Team snapshots, employee goals with AI progress tracking, and one-tap team summaries. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your personal logs are visible only to you. No manager access. No employer dashboard. Every entry timestamped, with attachments kept alongside it. 32 LANGUAGES Full support including Arabic right-to-left and Japanese. Stop hoping your manager remembers. Build the record as you go.
