مداينة تطبيق بسيط وواضح لمتابعة الديون والتمويلات والأقساط. سجّل كل دين مرّة واحدة، ثم سجّل دفعاتك أولًا بأول، وسيتكفّل التطبيق بالحساب نيابةً عنك: المتبقي، عدد الأقساط، المتأخّرات، وتاريخ التحرّر من كل الديون. ■ ماذا يقدّم لك؟ • شاشة رئيسية تجيب على سؤال واحد: ماذا عليّ الآن؟ • المتبقي على كل دين ونسبة ما سدّدته، بشريط تقدّم واضح. • تنبيه بالمتأخّرات وبالقسط القادم قبل موعده بالمدّة التي تختارها. • جدول أقساط كامل لكل دين، مع تمييز المدفوع والمتأخّر والقادم. • سجل دفعات مرتّب بالشهور. • صافي راتبك بعد خصم الأقساط، ونسبة الاستقطاع من الدخل. • تاريخ انتهاء السداد لكل دين، وتاريخ التحرّر من كل الديون مجتمعة. ■ المشاركة في السداد (اختيارية) إن كان أحد يسدّد معك جزءًا من دين، فعّل الميزة وأضف المشاركين، وحدّد حصّة كل واحد بنسبة مئوية أو بمبلغ إجمالي أو بلا حصّة محدّدة لمن يدفع مبالغ متغيّرة. التطبيق يوضّح مَن دفع وكم بقي عليه. ولمن بدأ السداد قبل تحميل التطبيق: أدخل ما دفعه كل شخص سابقًا برقم واحد بدل تسجيل سنوات من الدفعات القديمة. ■ تسجيل تلقائي للأقساط الثابتة فعّله لدين معيّن أو لكل ديونك، فيُسجَّل القسط وحده عند حلول موعده. وإن سجّلت دفعة بنفسك في ذلك الشهر فلن يضيف شيئًا، ولن يملأ تاريخًا قديمًا دفعةً واحدة. ■ تذكير ذكي بمواعيد السداد إشعار واحد في اليوم — وفي الوقت الذي تختاره — يجمع ما استحقّ وما اقترب موعده. لا إشعارات بلا سبب: يصلك التنبيه عند التأخّر، أو في يوم الاستحقاق، أو قبله بأيام قليلة. ■ خصوصيتك أولًا • لا يحتاج التطبيق إنترنت إطلاقًا ولا يطلب إذن الشبكة. • لا حساب ولا تسجيل دخول ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّع. • بياناتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط. • نسخة احتياطية بملف JSON تحفظها أنت أو ترفعها على Google Drive، ويمكن استيرادها لاحقًا على أي جهاز. ■ يناسبك • عربي وإنجليزي بالكامل مع اتجاه الكتابة الصحيح. • مظهر نهاري وليلي وتلقائي حسب النظام. • عملات لعشرات الدول مع بحث سريع عن الدولة أو العملة. مداينة أداة تنظيم شخصية، وليس جهة تمويل ولا مستشارًا ماليًا، ولا يجري أي عملية دفع. Mudayana is a simple, focused tracker for loans, debts and installment plans. Set each share as a percentage, a fixed total, or leave it open for someone whose amount changes every month. The app shows who paid what and how much is left on each share. Enter what each person paid earlier as a single figure instead of years of old payments. ■ Automatic logging of fixed installments Turn it on for one debt or all of them and each installment is logged when its date arrives. If you already recorded a payment that month nothing is added, and it never back-fills old history in one go. ■ Smart repayment reminders One notification a day, at the time you choose, covering everything that is due or close. Nothing when there is nothing to say: you hear from the app when a payment is overdue, due today, or due within a few days. ■ Privacy first • No internet permission at all. • No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. • Your data stays on your device. • A JSON backup you save yourself or upload to Google Drive, and can import later on any device. ■ Made to fit • Full Arabic and English with the correct writing direction. • Light, dark and system-follow themes. • Currencies for dozens of countries with instant search.
