LIFE4LV

The LIFE4LV platform consists of a mobile application that implements individual examinations (tests) to evaluate specific parameters of the visual function and a back-end system for recording and monitoring/managing the results. The self-assessment tests currently involved are - Visual acuity - Contrast sensitivity - Color test - Ishihara color test - Glare test - Amsler test - Reading rate LIFE4LV is aimed both at people with low vision and physicians. The application is available in Greek and English language. TERMS OF USE 1. Users do not interrupt their current follow-up with their treating physician. 2. Self-assessment tests are conducted as per their instructions. 3. Only your physician can assess the results of these tests. 4. The transmission of the results to the back-end system and their assessment from certified physicians requires the necessary consent from user’s side. Currently the access to the back-end system is available only for selected users. Additional terms Reading this text is required before using the application. Platform operators reserve the right to correct, remove or add terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications may have immediate effect. For this reason, you should check the Terms of Use of the application regularly; in case you do not wish to comply to the Terms of Use of the services, please do not use the application. These Terms of Use also include the Privacy Policy, which explains how users' personal data is managed, in accordance with the applicable legal framework. All data is transmitted with the permission of the users provided with this statement. This application and all its content (along with all future content) are protected from any unauthorized use, copying and distribution and are the subject of intellectual property. Dissemination, copying, reproduction, modification, publication, communication, transmission, distribution or any other transfer of the content is prohibited.
