LONG DESCRIPTION (maks 4000 karakter) ========================================================= Absensi Event adalah aplikasi check-in tamu untuk acara/undangan yang bekerja PENUH TANPA INTERNET. Cukup scan QR undangan tamu lewat HP, dan kehadiran langsung tercatat — cepat, rapi, dan aman dari undangan palsu maupun yang dipakai ulang. Dirancang untuk kondisi lapangan nyata: sinyal buruk, antrean padat, banyak pintu/lane, dan banyak petugas. Semua perangkat terhubung dalam satu jaringan lokal (hotspot/WiFi) tanpa perlu kuota. ✦ KENAPA PAKAI APLIKASI INI • Offline sepenuhnya — tidak butuh internet, data tersimpan di perangkat. • QR undangan terenkripsi — undangan palsu langsung ketahuan. • Deteksi undangan dipakai ulang — satu undangan tidak bisa dipakai 2 orang diam-diam. • Multi-perangkat — banyak HP/laptop berbagi satu data lewat jaringan lokal. • Keputusan check-in terpusat (server) — anti dobel walau discan bersamaan di lane berbeda. ✦ FITUR UTAMA • Scan QR cepat dari kamera HP, hasil langsung: DITERIMA / SUDAH DIPAKAI / PALSU / TIDAK TERDAFTAR. • Membedakan QR buram (minta ulang) vs QR palsu (ditolak) vs QR asli. • Impor daftar tamu dari Excel (.xlsx) — lengkap dengan kelompok (VIP 1/2/3/Tamu) & jabatan. • Dashboard real-time: jumlah hadir, belum hadir, dipakai ulang, QR palsu, dan jalur per kelompok. • Daftar tamu dengan pencarian & filter (sudah masuk / belum / dipakai ulang). • Riwayat per tamu: lihat jam masuk & berapa tamu yang masuk dengan QR tersebut. ✦ MODE KIOSK (HP SCANNER → LAYAR TV) Petugas scan QR tamu dari HP, dan hasilnya tampil BESAR di layar TV (laptop via HDMI) agar tamu bisa langsung melihat bukti validitasnya: • VALID / SILAKAN MASUK, atau SUDAH DIPAKAI, atau PALSU — dengan nama & jalur panggung. • Menampilkan jam check-in pertama vs jam sekarang + selisihnya — membantu petugas menilai tamu yang baru saja ter-scan tapi belum sempat masuk. • Pairing HP ke TV cukup dengan scan QR yang tampil di layar. ✦ IZIN MASUK MANUAL & ROMBONGAN Untuk undangan yang dipakai lebih dari satu orang (mis. 1 undangan untuk rombongan) atau tamu yang perlu diizinkan manual: petugas tinggal tekan “Izinkan”, atur jumlah tamu, lalu OK. Setiap izin tercatat lengkap (jam + jumlah) dan muncul sebagai riwayat di layar TV maupun di detail tamu. ✦ GENERATOR UNDANGAN (VERSI DESKTOP) Di versi desktop (Windows/macOS) tersedia pembuat undangan QR massal: tempel QR terenkripsi ke template undangan Anda sendiri (ganti tag nama, jabatan, kelompok, QR) dan ekspor PDF per tamu atau gabungan. ✦ COCOK UNTUK Pernikahan, seminar, konser, pengajian/tabligh akbar, grand opening, gala dinner, reuni — acara apa pun yang perlu registrasi tamu rapi, cepat, dan terkontrol.
