It does not diagnose or offer a fix: our team reads it, replies, and agrees a price with you before any work starts. What you can do in the app - Describe your problem in plain English, or fill in a short form if you prefer. - Add photos or a PDF, for example a cracked screen or an error message. - Book a repair and choose collection or drop-off. - See your quote, accept or decline it, and know what happens next. - Follow your repair live, from quote to ready, with alerts when something changes. - Message us and see our replies in one place, or chat with us on WhatsApp. - Pay securely by card, by bank transfer or in person, and keep every receipt in the app. - See the condition of your device at collection and return. - Reschedule or cancel with notice. - Leave a review when you are happy.
