Connect your Mouse4All Box to your Android device 2. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Installed apps and enable Mouse4All 3. To use a Bluetooth switch: pair it with your device, open app settings, select the Switches tab, tap ‘Configure external switch or keyboard’ and follow the instructions Good to know • Some devices require a restart after first installation • Xiaomi / MIUI devices: enable Autostart in Settings → Installed apps → Mouse4All Box • If the pointer disappears unexpectedly while using Mouse4all, disable battery optimisation for Mouse4All Box app in your device settings Accessibility Service Mouse4All uses Android’s Accessibility Service exclusively to display and move an on-screen cursor, scan and highlight interactive elements, and activate them in response to switch input.
