MOTRA

Most fitness platforms track movement. Distance. Time. Steps. MOTRA tracks what actually matters. Effort. Using heart rate data, MOTRA measures how hard you train. Not how far you go. Not how fast you move. Real work, verified. Every session earns Effort Points. More intensity. More consistency. More progress. At the end of each month, your Effort Points convert into $MOT tokens. Your share is based on your contribution to total platform effort. Simple. Fair. Transparent. This isn’t about quick wins. It’s about showing up. WORKOUT HISTORY AND HEALTH CONNECT Connect Health Connect to import completed workouts and review your exercise history. Heart-rate data powers Effort Points, intensity zones and workout heart-rate charts. Workout details show available duration, distance, calories and steps, with estimated average cadence calculated from workout steps and duration. Active calories are preferred; total calories recorded during the workout are used when active-calorie data is unavailable. You can separately allow access to recorded exercise routes to view workout maps. OPTIONAL HISTORY AND AUTOMATIC SYNC Choose extended history to import up to 90 days of previous workouts and the health data you have permitted. Optional background access lets new workouts sync periodically without opening MOTRA, keeping your activity history and Effort Points up to date. You can continue with manual sync without background access. COACH RECOVERY INSIGHTS Optional sleep, resting-heart-rate and heart-rate-variability data provides recovery context for Coach alongside your training. You can connect workouts while declining wellness access. Imported workouts and permitted recovery summaries sync to your MOTRA account. Manage or revoke Health Connect permissions in your device settings. DIRECT POLAR SUPPORT Connect Polar directly in Data Sources to bring supported workouts into MOTRA. If your Polar activities currently arrive through Strava, you can switch to the direct Polar connection.
