Built for field sales representatives, service technicians and teams working across multiple locations. ATTENDANCE & WORKING HOURS Check in and out with location verification and optional photos, according to your company's settings. Review attendance, time tracked and distance in your calendar and daily summary. CLIENTS & FIELD VISITS Find clients, open saved locations, call contacts and get directions. Record visits with notes, photos and company-configured fields. See your own activity history and the client activity available to your account. TASKS & FOLLOW-UPS See assigned work, priorities and due dates. Record an activity to complete a task and create a follow-up when more work is needed. EXPENSES & MILEAGE Submit expense claims and receipts from the field. Add bike or car travel details and odometer photos, with mileage amounts calculated using your company's configured rates. Track pending, approved and rejected claims. LEAVE & ATTENDANCE REQUESTS Apply for leave, track request status and request attendance corrections when needed.
