Swaply

Welcome to Swaply: Simplifying Teacher Transfers in Kenya Navigating the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) transfer process can often feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Swaply is a specialized, secure, and intuitive platform designed specifically for Kenyan teachers who are ready for a new professional chapter in a different workstation. We understand that being close to family, pursuing further studies, or simply seeking a change of environment is crucial for teacher productivity and well-being. Swaply bridges the gap by connecting like-minded professionals across the country to facilitate seamless mutual transfers. How Swaply Works Swaply is built on the principle of mutual professional interests. Here is how we help you find your perfect match: 1. Secure Registration: Sign up using your official details. To maintain the integrity of our community, only teachers registered by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) are eligible to join. 2. Profile Customization: List your current workstation, subject combinations, and grade level. 3. The "Dream Workstation" Search: Specify exactly where you want to go—whether it’s a specific county, sub-county, or even a particular school. 4. Smart Matching: Our algorithm scans the database to find another teacher whose current workstation matches your desired one, and vice versa. 5. Direct Communication: Once a potential match is found, use our secure in-app messaging to discuss the specifics of your swap. Key Features & Benefits • Verified Community: Rest easy knowing you are interacting with legitimate colleagues. The app requires TSC registration numbers to ensure a professional and safe environment. • Automated Swap Certificates: Once both parties agree to the swap within the app, Swaply generates an official Swap Certificate. This document serves as a formal intent of mutual transfer. • Streamlined TSC Process: While Swaply facilitates the connection, the final authority remains with the Commission. Our Swap Certificate provides the essential proof of a mutual agreement, which you can then present to the TSC to expedite the official transfer and reporting process.
