Mora StockAudit

moraAudit is the companion stock-audit app for moraCommerce. Walk the aisles with your phone, scan barcodes, count what's actually on the shelf, and sync the results straight back to your store's dashboard. No spreadsheets. No clipboards. No "I'll fix it later." Built for boutiques, jewellers, pharmacies, electronics shops, warehouses — any moraCommerce tenant that wants real, accurate stock numbers without shutting the store down. — What you can do — • Scan barcodes with your phone camera (Code 128, EAN, UPC, QR and more) • Look up products by name or SKU when a label is missing or damaged • Count quantities as you go — single-tap +1, or type the exact figure • Audit only part of your catalogue with category and SKU-prefix filters • See discrepancies in real time: expected vs. counted vs. unknown • Work offline — sync once at the start of the day, audit anywhere • Submit completed audits for the store admin to review and approve on web • Switch between branches without logging out • Print or share an audit report (PDF) right from the device — Built for multi-branch retail — Every audit is tagged to a branch and to the staff member who ran it. Store admins approve or reject audits from the moraCommerce web admin, and the approved counts flow back into inventory automatically. — Designed for shop staff — The app is deliberately spare. Big buttons. Clear numbers. A scanner that just works. Staff don't need a training session — if they can use a messaging app, they can run a stock audit. — You'll need — • An active moraCommerce tenant (your store's subdomain or custom domain) • Staff login credentials issued by your store admin • A phone with a working camera If you don't have moraCommerce yet, this app on its own won't be useful — the audits are written back to your moraCommerce inventory. Visit https://moracommerce.com to get set up. — Privacy & data — moraAudit only stores what's needed to do its job: your login session, the products synced from your tenant, and the audit data you collect. Nothing is shared with third parties. Your shop's product list never leaves your tenant. Camera access is used solely to read barcodes — no images are stored or uploaded.
