Full description
Chap is an app that brings your calendar and checklist together in one place. Pick a date, write down what you need to do, and your tasks stay right there on that day. No more switching between a to-do list and a calendar to keep things in sync. ■ Tasks, right on your calendar Tap a date to open that day's checklist. Add tasks, mark them as complete, reorder them, or move them to another date—all from the same screen. At a glance, you can see what's still left to do on each day. ■ Tasks that repeat Some things come back every week. Set a task to repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, monthly, or yearly, and it appears on every date the rule reaches. The rule is read from the date you already picked—a task on Tuesday, September 1 offers "every Tuesday," "the 1st of every month," or "every September 1"—so there is nothing more to fill in. Just choose when it should stop. Repeating tasks are marked with a ↻, and you can delete the whole series at once when you no longer need it. ■ Notes, for what doesn't belong to a date Not everything is a task with a deadline. Write it down as a note instead—give it a title and a body, organize notes with tags, and find one again by searching. View your notes as a grid or a list, and switch whenever you like. Deleted notes go to the trash first, so you can restore one you didn't mean to let go. ■ Home screen widgets Three widgets are available: Today, This Week, and This Month. Check your remaining tasks without opening the app, and mark them as complete directly from the widget. You can also adjust the widget background transparency to your liking. ■ Pick up where you left off on any device Sign in with your Google or Apple account and use the same checklists across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. ■ Works offline, too Changes are saved on your device first and automatically synced when your connection is restored. If the server cannot accept a change, Chap shows you a list of unsynced changes so you can choose whether to retry or discard them. ■ Daily reminders Get a reminder of today's checklist at your preferred time. The notification also shows the number of remaining tasks. ■ Your calendar, right on the desktop The Mac app can stay open on the side of your screen as a desktop calendar. Adjust the transparency so it doesn't get in the way of your work, and pin its position so you don't have to keep moving the window.

What's new

Small, minor bugs in the widget have been fixed.
