MonsoonOS Wash Platform

MonsoonOS is the all-in-one app for self-serve car and dog wash businesses — and the people who use them. Whether you're a member pulling into your favorite bay or an owner running the entire operation, MonsoonOS keeps everything in one place. FOR MEMBERS Find your wash provider, sign in, and you're set: • Pick your provider — Choose your local car wash or dog wash from the list of MonsoonOS-powered businesses. • Start a bay from your phone — Tap to unlock and start any available bay at your provider's location. No tokens, no buttons on the wall. • Manage your subscription — View your plan, see how many washes you have left this period, switch plans, or cancel any time. • Wash on Demand — Not a subscriber? Pay per wash with your saved card. The session starts when you tap, and you're only charged for the time you actually use. • Wash history — Every session, every charge, every receipt — searchable from your phone. • Account control — Update your card, change your email, or delete your account at any time. FOR OWNERS A complete operations app, built mobile-first so you can run your business from anywhere: • Real-time bay control — Start, stop, and monitor every bay at every location. See machine status at a glance and take action when something needs attention. • Memberships & customers — Onboard new members, switch plans, pause or cancel subscriptions, find any customer in seconds, and resolve billing issues without calling support. • Walk-in & on-demand revenue — Track Nayax walk-up payments alongside app-based Wash on Demand and member sessions for a complete picture of every dollar. • Revenue reports — A real-time command center for your business: total revenue with prior-period comparisons, daily trends, per-location breakdowns, top-performing bays, and a unified transactions ledger you can search across every stream. • Multi-location, multi-staff — Add as many locations and team members as you need. Role-based access keeps owners, managers, and staff focused on what they should see. ONE APP, EITHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER Members and operators see different views of MonsoonOS — the right tools for each role show up automatically when you log in. Whether you wash one car a month or run a fleet of bays, the experience is built for you. For more information visit cactuswashsystems.com.
