『原子コネクト』は、原子をつなげて化学反応を起こし、新しい分子を作り出すブラウザパズルゲームです。制限時間は90秒。盤面の原子をつなげて合成し、できるだけ多くの分子を作りましょう。ゲームには100種類の分子が登場します。水・二酸化炭素・メタンなどの基本分子から、地球・文明・宇宙・神といった進化分子まで登場します。合成した分子は原子図鑑に登録され、いつでも確認することができます。たくさんの分子を発見して図鑑コンプリートを目指しましょう！＜ゲームの特徴＞・90秒の制限時間で遊ぶスピードパズル・100種類の分子を収集できる図鑑システム・GETタイムで大量スコアを狙える爽快モード・ヒントガイドで初心者でも遊びやすい＜基本ルール＞盤面の原子をなぞってつなげると、同じ原子が合体し分子が生成されます。さらに特定の組み合わせを作ることで新しい分子が誕生します。例 H + H → H₂（水素） H + H + O → H₂O（水） C + O + O → CO₂（二酸化炭素）＜GETゲージ＞分子を作るとGETゲージがたまります。ゲージが満タンになるとGET！ボタンが出現します。＜GETタイム＞ GET！ボタンを押すとGETタイムに突入します。 GETタイム中は離れた原子でもクリックして合成できる特別モードになります。通常ではつながらない原子でも自由に合成できるため、一気に大量の分子を作るチャンスです。＜Acquisition（まとめてGET）＞ GETタイム中にAcquisitionボタンを押すと、画面上の分子をまとめて獲得できます。大量の分子を一気に回収できるため、高得点を狙う重要なテクニックです。＜ヒントガイド＞ヒントガイドをONにすると、合成可能な原子が光って表示されます。初心者でも分子を見つけやすく、化学パズルを直感的に楽しむことができます。
