Mind & Intellect is a learning space for self-mastery. Not a library of talks you mean to watch one day, but a place to study clearly: programmes in sequence, conversations, weekly live lectures, a thought for each day and a private journal for what you understand. The teaching comes from Vedanta, the ancient philosophy of India, presented as practical knowledge for modern life. It is taught by S A Sreedharan ji and Saritha ji: how the mind works, how to develop the intellect, and how to manage yourself at work, at home and in your relationships.
