JetInspect: Home Inspection

The whole home inspection report — done before you leave. JetInspect is home inspection software that puts photos, video and comments into one step. The report comes together while you walk the property, so there is nothing left to write up that evening. Built by a former home inspector. JetInspect is built to save you time: • Write as you go. Take a photo and describe the defect. JetInspect finds the right comment and files it in the right section. • Data plate reader. Take a photo of a data plate? No problem, the app reads and inserts the brand, model and serial for you. • Video that searches. Narrate a clip and what you say finds the comment. • Product recalls. Search the CPSC recall database for the equipment you recorded. • A ready-made comment library, written by an inspector. Or import your own. Reports clients want • Two report designs: an interactive web report and a branded PDF with your logo. • Delivered on site. Send the report link before you leave, and know when your client has opened it. • A repair request builder that agents use straight from the report. Runs your business • Full scheduling: online booking, quotes, confirmations and email reminders. • Today's appointments in your pocket, with call and directions one tap away. • Inspection agreements that come back signed. • Take card payments from clients on their appointment page. • A free website for your business, with online booking built in. For firms • Collaborative report editing: several inspectors on one report at the same time. • Add inspectors and office staff; jobs are assigned automatically. Yours, everywhere • Your reports and photos are saved to your own Google Drive. • Works offline in the crawlspace and syncs when you are back in signal. • Start on your phone, finish in the web editor at your desk. • Wind mitigation and 4-point apps included. Same account, one subscription. Everything you want and nothing you don't. One subscription through Google Play, with no per-report fees.
