Mybasra-Tailor-At-Home

The Tailoring App is designed for managing the complete Made-to-Measure (MTM) garment production workflow. It helps tailors, QC teams, and operations staff track every custom order from the moment it is assigned until the finished product is approved and sent for dispatch. With the app, tailor teams can view assigned job cards, check customer order details, review measurements and customization instructions, verify issued fabric and accessories, and update production progress in real time. Once stitching is completed, the order can be submitted to QC for inspection. If any issue is found, QC can return the order for correction with remarks, ensuring quality control before final packing and delivery. The app also supports workflow visibility for warehouse and operations teams by keeping track of raw material issuance, work order status, QC decisions, and completion timelines. This ensures better coordination between warehouse, tailor, QC, and dispatch teams while reducing manual follow-up and improving production accuracy.
