FocusOnTask - Block & Focus

📵 No more Shorts. No more Instagram. No more YouTube. Block the dopamine and focus on what you actually want to do. You sit down to study but you're watching Shorts. You mean to read but you open Instagram. You're on a deadline but you're deep in YouTube. FocusOnTask breaks that loop. For the time you set, every app on your phone is locked. Shorts, Instagram, YouTube — none of them open. When the time is up it unlocks by itself; quit before then and you pay a fee. When real money is on the line, your focus changes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 Use it whenever ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📚 Study — exams, certifications, homework 📖 Reading — finally finish that one chapter 💼 Work — deep focus before the deadline 🧘 Yourself — meditation, exercise, a digital detox ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Key features ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏱️ Start focusing right now • On the home screen, stack +15 min / +30 min / +1 hr to the length you want and start. • Up to 12 hours in a single session. 📅 Automatic weekly schedule • Set a recurring lock window for each day of the week. • Example: weeknights 9-11 pm, phone locked, no decision required. • It starts on time and releases on time, on its own. 💰 A fee, not willpower • Quitting a session early means paying a fee to unlock. • You choose the amount in Settings — a gentle nudge or one that really stings. • This isn't "just close the app." Real money is at stake. 📊 Focus stats • This week's focus time and your current streak, right on the home screen. • A calendar and weekly chart show how your focus really goes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚫 Break the dopamine loop ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ever watched "just one" Short and lost 30 minutes? Ever scrolled Instagram for an hour without noticing? A dopamine-hijacked brain keeps saying "just a little more." FocusOnTask removes that option entirely. Once the apps are locked, the willpower fight is over — quitting costs real money. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛡️ Built to be safe ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • When your time is up, it unlocks automatically, with no payment. • Phone calls and emergency calls always get through, even while locked. • A single session is capped at 12 hours. • Deleting the app is never blocked. • Nothing locks unless you set it yourself. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📱 Supported languages ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Korean, English, Japanese ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📞 Contact & feedback ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 개발사: MJH LBAS LLC Privacy Policy: https://www.insightmyung.com/privacy-policy/focusontask The first step away from dopamine.
