Aks: Understand Yourself

Aks is a personal behavioral understanding system that acts as a mirror for your life. It is not just another daily journal, habit tracker, or standard AI chatbot. Aks is designed to help you notice recurring experiences, organize personal evidence, test what actually changes things, and gradually build profound self-understanding and mental clarity. Think of Aks as your personal behavioral laboratory for self-improvement. Talk to it, reflect on your day, and complete lightweight check-ins. Over time, Aks seamlessly organizes what you share into structured observations, possible patterns, personal experiments, and meaningful insights. How the Aks Loop Works Share your experiences ➝ Aks observes and structures the data ➝ Notice a possible pattern ➝ Validate and investigate ➝ Run a habit experiment ➝ Measure the outcome ➝ Understand yourself better. Core Features 🗣️ The Mirror Your conversational front door to mindfulness. Talk to Mirror about your focus, energy, sleep, emotions, routines, relationships, or productivity. Aks listens and translates your thoughts into structured observations without judging. 📝 Reflections & Check-ins Capture what happened, what you learned, or track your mood (Good, Okay, Chaos). Build longitudinal signals about your life without the pressure of a "daily streak." Aks never makes you feel like you are failing if you skip a day of journaling. 🧠 Selective & Intelligent Memory Aks does not blindly store everything you say. It uses selective memory, keeping only the observations and signals that are genuinely useful for your future understanding and personal growth. 🔍 Evidence-Based Patterns See the relationships across your daily observations. For example, Aks might notice: short sleep + lower-energy mornings + repeated over time = a possible pattern. Every insight is traceable back to your original words. No black-box AI jumping to conclusions. 🧪 Personal Experiments Do not just guess what works—test it. If Aks notices a behavioral pattern, you can run a real experiment (e.g., "I focus better when mornings are slower"). Measure the actual outcome over time to see if your hypothesis holds true. 📅 Your Timeline A chronological layer to understand your story. Look backward at your Today, Yesterday, and This Week to review past reflections, completed experiments, and newly discovered learnings. Notifications That Actually Matter Zero guilt-driven streak notifications. Zero retention spam. Aks only notifies you when it actually matters: to deliver a new insight, an experiment update, or a gentle weekly reflection reminder. Privacy First: You Decide What Stays Your data belongs to you. Aks features a complete personal control layer. You can easily see exactly what Aks knows, review your patterns, and manage, export, or delete your data at any time.
