Mis Kurye — Courier App

Mis Kurye Courier is the field app for couriers working in delivery operations. Start your shift, pick up packages from the pool assigned to your area, deliver them, and see your earnings recorded the moment the delivery is completed. ━━━ WHAT YOU CAN DO ━━━ • ORDER POOL See every package available in your area in one list. Store name, customer, delivery address, amount and payment method are shown on the card. Take any package with a single "Accept" tap. • SEQUENCED DELIVERY QUEUE Carry several packages in one run. The app orders the queue for you, and you can reorder it by long-pressing and dragging a card. • PICKUP AND DROP-OFF IN ONE SCREEN Call the store or the customer with one tap, get turn-by-turn directions with another. Payment method, order note and amount stay in front of you; if payment changes at the door, update it in the app. • EARNINGS AND REPORTS Your fee is calculated per package as soon as each delivery is completed. Review your package history for today, the last 7 days and this month, and submit your end-of-day report together with its photos. • SHIFT AND BREAKS Start and end your shift in the app. Send a break request to your manager and take your break once it is approved. • TEAM CHAT AND SUPPORT Talk to your manager and other couriers in the team chat, and open a one-to-one support conversation — all inside the app. No separate messaging app is needed. • NOTIFICATIONS New packages, shift reminders and manager announcements arrive as push notifications. The phone vibrates when it is on silent and plays an alert sound when it is not. ━━━ ABOUT LOCATION PERMISSION ━━━ This app collects your location IN THE BACKGROUND during deliveries — including when the screen is off or another app is in use. The only purpose is to let the assigned store and the customer follow you live on the map while you have an active order, and to calculate your distance-based fee and the delivery time correctly. Background location runs ONLY while you are set to "Available" in the app. It stops the moment you switch to "Unavailable" or log out. A persistent notification icon reminds you that location is active. You can revoke the permission at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Mis Kurye → Permissions. While you have an active order, your location is shared only with the assigned store and the customer of that order. It is not shared with anyone else and is never used for advertising. ━━━ WHO USES THIS APP ━━━ This app is for couriers of businesses that use the Mis Kurye system. Your account is created by your manager; there is no self sign-up. If you do not have an account, contact the manager of the business you work for.
