The Mindset Practice toolkit is a powerful set of tools to help you show up from Growth more often. It will support you to continue to build new habits by giving you quick access to the useful tools and reflection activities from your Mindset Practice programmes. The toolkit supports you to: • Reflect on your current mindset & understand if you're in Growth or Survival. • Be present and understand how you're feeling right now and where that's impacting how you show up. • Reflect on your current levels of resilience and your balance of active, recharge, survival and burnout. • Reflect on the climate you're creating around yourself. • Use the Practices for Growth to help you get back into Growth when you find yourself in Survival. • Have a difficult conversation using the SHARE method.
