MindGuard AI is a calm, private space to check in with how you feel — and a small set of gentle tools for the moments in between. A MOOD JOURNAL THAT TAKES SECONDS Rate how you feel from 0 to 10, then pick the word that actually fits — anxious, lonely, hopeful, proud. Add a short note or a tag if you want to remember why. That is the whole ritual. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Your check-ins turn into quiet insights: mood by day of the week, mood by time of day, a Year in Pixels grid, and a recap of your last seven days. Nothing is graded or judged — you simply get to see yourself over time. TOOLS FOR THE HARDER MOMENTS • Breathing exercises — Calm (4-6), Box (4·4·4·4), 4-7-8 and Coherent, paced by a circle you follow. • Grounding & SOS — the 5-4-3-2-1 senses exercise, one small step at a time, when everything feels like too much. • Reframe a thought — a guided walk-through that helps you look at a difficult thought from a kinder angle. • Guided AI meditation — choose a theme (sleep, anxiety, self-compassion, focus, morning, gratitude, letting go) and a length; a personal meditation is written and narrated just for you. SOUND TO SETTLE INTO Layer rain, ocean, forest, night, fireplace, stream and wind into your own soundscape, or let the generative engine build an endless, ever-changing one live on your device. Add relaxing music, set a sleep timer, and everything fades out on its own. WIND DOWN, END THE DAY WELL A bedtime mode that dims the screen and paces your breath while the sound fades, plus a gratitude journal — three good things, each evening — with a streak and a small garden that grows as you keep showing up. A COMPANION THAT LISTENS Type what is on your mind and the AI companion answers gently, without judgement. It is there to help you put things into words, not to tell you what is wrong with you. Every AI response can be reported from inside the app if it is ever unhelpful or offensive. REPORT READER (OPTIONAL) Upload a photo or PDF of a lab or medical report and get a plain-language explanation of what the terms mean. It is a reading aid, not a diagnosis, and never a reason to change anything about your care. Text and files you send to the AI features are processed by Google's Gemini API to produce your response; under the paid Gemini API terms that content is excluded from model training, and our staff do not read it.
