Synchronized Presence

Free group meditation and breathwork, live on a shared clock. Twice a day — breath at 07:30, meditation at 19:30 — people across the UK and Ireland sit at the same minute, with a live count of everyone breathing with you. Sundays at half seven, we sit together — come. Synchronized Presence is a mindfulness community built around one simple idea: sitting together, at the same moment, is different from sitting alone. No recorded library to play on your own time, no teacher performing on a stage — just people choosing to be present at the same clock-minute. SITS — leaderless, synchronized group meditation • Join a Sit and settle in with everyone else who is present right now — a live count of everyone breathing with you, not a track you press play on. • Sits start on a fixed clock and run for a set time. No host, no teacher — a recorded voice cues the breath, then silence. • No algorithm decides anything. You show up; the room is simply there. SPACES — real mindful places near you • A directory of local yoga studios, meditation centres, breathwork spaces and gatherings — sorted by what's actually near you. • See what's on at each place. Run one yourself? Claim or add your venue. VOICES — a quiet community noticeboard • A calm, chronological space to share a few honest words from where you are. • Not a social feed to scroll for hours — a place to be witnessed, then put the phone down. WHERE THE PLACES ARE Hand-written listings across twenty cities in the UK and Ireland: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Bristol, Liverpool, Cardiff, Belfast, Nottingham, Newcastle, Leicester, Coventry, Bradford, Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick. BUILT DIFFERENTLY • No ads. No tracking. We never sell your data. • No infinite feed, no engagement algorithm, no performance metrics. • Free to join and take part. Come and be present with us.
