Mangga - MCS

Mangga App is a super app that contains different software modules developed by MindConcept Solutions. It is an all-in-one field data collection platform built to ease the digitalization of communities and local government units (LGUs) across the Philippines. Whether you're conducting a Barangay Development Records and Information System (BDRIS) survey or updating your community's Residents' Book of Information (RBI), Mangga App puts a complete survey office in your pocket — even without internet. Modules like BDRIS Survey help reduce the workload of surveying households and recording barangay inhabitants in both urban and rural areas. 📋 BDRIS SURVEY Capture household profiles, resident records, socio-economic data, and member photographs in a structured, step-by-step survey form designed to match official LGU data requirements. Every field and every section — organized and validated at the point of entry. 📡 Works Offline, Syncs Automatically Field conditions are unpredictable. Mangga App stores all data securely on your device so you can survey without a signal. When connectivity is restored, records sync automatically to your LGU's server — no manual uploads, no lost data. 🔒 Built for Government-Grade Security An automatic audit trail logs every action — who created, edited, or exported a record and when — to meet data governance and accountability requirements. 🏠 Smart Household & Resident Records Quickly search across your entire household database. Duplicate household number detection, automatic household head assignment, and intelligent data import make it easy to keep records clean and accurate — even when merging data from desktop systems. 📤 Flexible Import & Export to BDRIS Desktop Import records from BDRIS Desktop or other field devices. Export your data seamlessly for use with BDRIS Desktop — including member photos organized by province, municipality, and barangay. 👥 Built for the Field Designed for the real-world challenges of barangay fieldwork: large text, clear navigation, permission reminders so you never miss a required grant, and compatibility with the widest range of Android devices — from entry-level to flagship. Who is Mangga App for? Mangga App is issued by and for authorized barangay and LGU personnel. Access requires a license key provided by your local government unit or MindConcept Solutions OPC.
