Juma: Jobs & Invoices

Juma helps small service businesses in Ghana keep track of work and money. Good work. Less admin. • Today shows your saved visits for the day. Open a visit to check its current details. • Jobs separates visits, customer requests and work history. Add a request in short steps, review it and choose when to save. A proposed time is not an agreed appointment. • Money lets you browse issued invoices and check what has been received and what is still to pay. • Prepare an invoice for agreed work, record cash you have already received and preview a receipt PDF before choosing how to share it. The app uses clear steps and amounts in Ghana cedis. Juma is open to service businesses in Ghana, including tradespeople, cleaners and beauty professionals. Create your account with a Ghana phone number or verified email and set up your business. Accept live online payments after verifying your own receiving account and accepting the 5% fee. Your business receives 95% of each payment and Mina Logic receives 5%, with Paystack processing fees paid from Mina's share. Each business supplies its own address, contact details and VAT status. Made by Mina Logic. For help, email [email protected].
